| Canned Messages For Easy Reply |

You can use canned messages for easy reply, instead of typing similar messages everytime. The canned messages can be set at the Preference area.

| If you need to attach any file for the ticket's owner, use the File Attachment feature. |

You can set the Status of the ticket to New, Open or Close.

| Also, you can Flag or Unflag important tickets for future reference. |
