We have packaged the Customer Helpdesk v2.0 under Comdev One Admin Suite. It comes with a new Installation Wizard to help you to get the Customer Helpdesk component set up and run at your website easily.
All the files are compressed in oneadminsuite.zip.
Installation Guides

Download Comdev One Admin Suite file named 'oneadminsuite.zip'. |

Extract it to your web site folder under your domain name. |

Example: http://your_domain_name.com/oneadmin/ |

For Linux system, CHMOD the 'config.php' file and component subfolders 'upload' and 'temp' to 777 (Read, Write, Execute by all parties).

Example of subfolders: oneadmin/photogallery/upload/ , oneadmin/newsletter/upload/ |

With your web browser, go to http://your_domain_name.com/oneadmin/ |

Enter your web address, document path, and MySQL information in the Installation Wizard.

Once you complete the installation, login to the Administration area. |
| 7. |
Choose to setup the Customer Helpdesk component. |
