What is your MySQL information?
Modified on 2004-04-08

The MySQL information contains the MySQL server host, MySQL username, MySQL password and the MySQL database name.

For most cases, the MySQL server host value will be 'localhost'.

Example,

MySQL Host : localhost
MySQL Username : newsite
MySQL Password : xxxxx
MySQL Database : newsite

You will need to create the MySQL database which is provided with your web hosting account. Most web hosts use CPanel, Ensim, Plesk or Vdeck that allow you to administer your hosting account.

You will be able to create your MySQL database using one of the hosting control panels above. If you are not sure about MySQL database or your control panel, please contact your web host technical support for assistance.
