We list all support tickets from the Customer Helpdesk in the administration area for easy reply and tracking.

  Sortable Listing
Sort the ticket list by Date, Name, Subject, Reply or Status. Default sort is by Reply='No' for your quick access to the tickets that need to reply.

  Easy Navigation Bar
On top, the navigation bar shows the Results Number and allow you to navigate through the list.

  Simple and Powerful Search

With simple and powerful search feature, you can look for tickets to narrow down the listing display. Search by Sender's Name, Email, Order Number, Replied, Status or Flag Tickets.

  Edit or Delete Ticket

From the support tickets list, you can click on Edit (pencil) or Delete (recycle bin) a ticket.
