| Sort the ticket list by Date, Name, Subject, Reply or Status. Default sort is by Reply='No' for your quick access to the tickets that need to reply. |
| On top, the navigation bar shows the Results Number and allow you to navigate through the list. |
| Simple and Powerful Search |

With simple and powerful search feature, you can look for tickets to narrow down the listing display. Search by Sender's Name, Email, Order Number, Replied, Status or Flag Tickets.

From the support tickets list, you can click on Edit (pencil) or Delete (recycle bin) a ticket.
