How do I change the subject and content of the Confirmation Email my visitors will receive after they posted a new ticket?

  1. Login to your One Admin control panel, go to Preference page.

  2. In the 'Customer New Request Copy Subject' section, enter your desired subject that will appear in the confirmation email.

  3. Enter your customized email content in the 'Customer New Request Copy Body'. Please do not edit or remove all the variables placed within the [[ ]] brackets.

  4. Click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
