How do I change the subject and content of the Confirmation Email my visitors will receive after they posted a new ticket?

- Login to your One Admin control panel, go to Preference page.
- In the 'Customer New Request Copy Subject' section, enter your desired subject that will appear in the confirmation email.
- Enter your customized email content in the 'Customer New Request Copy Body'. Please do not edit or remove all the variables placed within the [[ ]] brackets.
- Click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.
