How do I add canned messages for my Customer Helpdesk?

- Login to your One Admin control panel, click on Preference link.
- In the Canned Message section, you can add up to 4 canned texts. Enter your personalized messages to each text box accordingly.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click in the 'Save' button.
Tips: These canned texts will appear beside the text area where the support personnel post a reply.
