If I integrate my Helpdesk with FAQ Support, what will I see?

On your Helpdesk web page, a list of FAQ categories and search engine will appear on the menu section. This faciliate your visitors to look for the answers they required before post a ticket to you.

When a visitor clicks on a FAQ category, they are directed to the URL you specified for your FAQ page in the Customer Helpdesk > Preference section.
