1. Requirements Assessment & Research (3 - 12 hours)
Before you find a product most suitable for your clients, you have to understand your clients needs and research the available solutions. The time and expertise required are at your cost as there are thousands of products in the market.
2. Installation & Configuration (1 - 2 hours)
Although we provide Installation Support, we do not provide anything more than to ensure the scripts to run, such as server requirements, MySQL database, PHP configurations and your hosting account. All your technical knowledge counts.
3. Web Design (12 - 24 hours)
Deriving ideas and concepts that build your client’s identity on the Internet requires professional work. Although our programs can easily fit in, you will need to ensure everything looks at its best. This process is just as involved as designing regular web pages and can take a significant amount of time.
4. Content Entry (6- 24 hours)
After everything has been setup, you will need to help your clients to get the content integrate into the system. Besides data entry, you will need to touch up any graphic images involved, typing, proof reading, etc. This might involve the most time and cost.
5. Client Training & Support (1 - 6 hours)
Last but not least, even though our software is easy to use, many clients will still require some training. Some developers even include one or more hours of training and support with their invoice as part of the package.
