Basically there are no limits to the number of input fields you may place on your Contact Form.
You can have 5 types of form elements, these are:
- Text Box
- Drop Down Selection
- Check Box
- Radio Button
- Large Text Area
Note: The default prompts: Name, Email Address, and Message can not be removed.
