If I added the Contact Form include codes on my webpage, what will I see?
Modified on 2004-11-30

The PHP include codes places a simple contact form on your web page. By default, your online form should already have Name, Email Address and Messages input fields that your Contact Form had created for you.

To expand the form, access to your One Admin console, go to Manage Fields section, and create as many form elements as you wish.
