How do I customize the Contact Form to add on additional fields?

  1. Login to your One Admin control panel, click on Manage Fields link.

  2. Enter a caption for the new field in the Field Text box.

  3. Choose an input type from the drop down list. There are 5 types of form elements you can add to your Contact Form, which are described below:

    1. Text Box

      • Text box is one line area that allow your user to input text

      • Enter a number for Field Width to define the text box's width in pixel.


    2. Drop Down Selection

      • This input type locate a list of altenatives in the drop down menu, and let your visitor select one option from the list.

      • To create multiple selections, fill in an option in the text box provided, and click on the 'Add' button next to the text box. The option will be added to the selections column. Repeat until you have added all the selections.

        There is no edit feature for your options. Click to select the option that requires changes from the alternative column, click on the 'Del' button beside the 'Add' button to remove it, and then create a new option.

    3. Check Box

      • A checkbox will be placed next to the field's caption.


    4. Radio Button

      • Radio button is used when you want to let your visitor select only one option from a set of alternatives.

      • To create multiple alternatives, enter an option in the text box provided, click on the 'Add' button next to it. The option will be added to the alternative column. Repeat until you have all the options created.

        There is no edit feature for your options. Click to select the option that requires changes from the alternative column, click on the 'Del' button to remove it, and then create a new option.


    5. Large Text Area

      • Large Text Area is text field that allow multiple input lines.

      • Enter the width and height of the Large Text Area.


  4. Put a check for Compulsory Field if you want make it required that users fill in this information.

  5. Click on the 'Add' button. This will add the new field to your list of form elements. Triggered the  and  arrow to arrange the sequence of fields on your Contact Form.
