Check Your POP Email With Mail2Web

With Hotmail and Yahoo, you can easily signup to get your personal web-based email addresses. But what if the email address that you are using is a POP3 account? A POP3 email account is provided by your ISP or when you purchase your own domain name, you can create have your email addresses such as yourname@yourdomain.com. There are a number of software that we call email client that can be used to check your POP emails like Outlook Express and Eudora just to name a few. However, when you travel here and there, you may have to reach your emails without leaving anything on the public computers. This is where Mail2Web is around to help.

Your Guide

1. Go to www.mail2web.com using a web browser. This is the main screen with Intelligent Login. Type in your email address, password and click on "Check Mail".

2. Besides, you can choose Secure Login or Advanced Login if you prefer to type in the details such as Server Name, User ID, Password and Mail Protocol. |

3. It will take a short second to connect to your server and if it is successful, you will see some emails appear in your account. Click on a new message to read it.

4. After reading the email, you can use Previous or Next in the top menu to navigate through other messages. You can also Reply, Reply All, Forward, View Source or View as HTML.

5. Click on Reply to reply the email. You can attach up to 3 files that is up to 10MB each. You can even send a CC, BCC and a copy to yourself if you desire.

6. To delete your emails, go to the main page and check on the boxes in front of the messages you wish to delete. Choose Delete Selected. Once deleted, they will be removed from your server.
|

7. To compose a new message, click on New Message on your top-left. You can send an email like your POP mail but it won't have any address book for you to access. |
|

8. Once you finish with everything, simply click on Logoff/Change User on your top. It will log you off from the server and there won't be anything left on the computer! |
