Component Setup Support Guidelines

Our Support Team will be happy to assist you with every component that you purchase. Just to make sure the things run smoothly, please read our guidelines as below.

It is best if you make sure that
  1. Your hosting account fullfill the software requirements required by the component such as GD 2.0 Library for a certain components.

  2. You have a FTP account and it allow us to upload the Web Component Engine and component files as well as changing the '.../upload/' folders permission to Read, Write, Execute by all parties.

  3. You have a MySQL database account created. It is working properly with the MySQL Host, Username, Password, Database information you provided. We will setup the database for you.

  4. You have designed completely the web page that you wish us to plug the component in. Eg, gallery.htm is the page you want to plug-in the Photo Gallery component.

  5. The web page contains complete HTML code, without include links to external headers and footers.

  6. Indicate in your web page by putting comment where you want the component to be shown.

  7. Compress the web page and all necessary image files into one ZIP file. Send to us by using the Component Setup Support Center form.

  8. We will integrate, upload, test and get back to you once everything is complete.

Other notes
  1. We will not modify any of your design code, or the component code to match your design.

  2. We do not support any hosting account, server configuration and installation task due to lack of system requirements. However, we will advice you with the references that we have.

  3. We recommend that you contact your server administrator for related technical and server issues.

  4. We do not held responsible of any accidental loss of files or data. Please backup a copy before request the support.
