Important Information
You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
License
Our company grants you non-exclusive unlimited license to use the components and other products sold in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.
- UNLIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product with unlimited number of websites, belonging to either you or your client, which you have directly designed, coded, or otherwise created for the sole use of that website.
- MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) - rewrite, edit, add, delete or otherwise customize any aspect of our products or scripts to fit your purposes. Any label which contains relations to "Web Components Engine", "Comdev", "Comdev Software" and the component name should not be removed.
- UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products or custom scripts, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
- ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Comdev Software.
- OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products or custom scripts, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Comdev Software. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
- OUR REFUND POLICY
Since Comdev Software is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read 'sources available' section. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
- ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
- SETUP SUPPORT
Our setup support is only eligible to Comdev components purchase. Each purchase is provided with 1 support ticket valid for 60 days from the purchase date. We reserve the rights to reject any support request that does not follow our guidelines. For your setup support request, you agree to provide us with your server, login details and change your password after the process is completed. We do not held responsible for any incident occur including lost of data during and after the support.
- CHARGEBACK BUREAU
We use to pre-check for fraudulent charges and chargeback oriented purchasers. Customers having one or more chargebacks for any reason will be required to sign additional paperwork.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice.
