KB4131040 : Why my upload feature can not upload pictures ? ( photogallery / ecommerce)2008-05-28 |

If your photo gallery module or ecommerce module unable to upload the pictures / Image , then you need to check to your account php setting , There are two element 'open_basedir' and 'safe_mode' setting and value are same as below setting
If this issue happen at your photo gallery , please make sure 'photogallery_ftp' and 'photogallery_temp' are inside your oneadmin 's '_files'.
