The One Admin header files character set are UTF-8 , therefore for accent characters will not display properly when shown on backend system. Solution : If your website are support character set like : western European ISO-8859-1 , Latino ISO-8859-15 or else , please inform us, we will modify the one admin header to support the character set. You can download the zip achieve , you need to extract the zip files and get the suitable version and overwrite it at your existing one admin folder 'oneadmin/common/theme/default'.
