Unable to send out email

Solution:

  1. Go to the admin > Info & Settings, please check that you had selected SMTP as your Email Sending Option. 
  2. Use your One Admin domain name as the SMTP server. 
  3. Fill in your SMTP host, user and password. And please make sure that all these information are correct. 
  4. It is recommended that the admin's email domain used be the same as your domain name.
