I installed the trial version and do all styling to match my site, will I be able to purchase the full version without losing the style settings?

Sure. The trial version is the exact license copy, but with 10 records limitation.
What you need is a license key to activate your program to full version, you will not losing any style setting that you have done in the trial version.
