Problem:

The oneadmin zip file is uncompressed without preserving the directory structure, causing your unzipped software does not have any of the directories. Delete your uncompressed files and unzip the files again.

Solution:

Create a new directory on your computer and direct your unzipping utility there, at the mean time, taking care to preserve the directory structure of the zip archive. Many unzip utilities have a checkbox to specify whether or not the program is to preserve the directory structure of a zip file.

Notes:

When unzipping of either a single component archive or oneadmin suite archive, it is important to unzip the files into a new, empty directory and to preserve this structure.

Please verify that you've preserved the structure by examining the directory you unzipped the software into. It should contains a oneadmin folder, with oneadmin's internal directory structure. If you do not see any subdirectories, please delete your directory and try again.
