How do I approve a message posted to my Guestbook? How do I edit or delete the messages?

- Login to your One Admin control panel, click on Preference link.
- In the General section, look for 'Guestbook post required admin approval' option. This option asking whether you want a message to be approved before it appears on your Guestbook page. Select 'Yes' to review and approve a post or 'No' to turn this option off.
If you choose 'No', any new messages will be published directly to your Guestbook page.
- Save the changes made.
- Now, click on the List Posts link. On this page, either can you search the messages by Date Posted or Guest Name.
To search by Date Posted, click on the icon to open the calendar, and pick a day to set date. Click on the 'Search' button.
To search a post using guest name, enter the keywords in the box provided, then click on the 'Search' button.
- If you have enabled admin approval, a new comment will be set to 'Pending' in the list of posts.
- Click on the corresponding
icon to review or edit the new post.
- You'll then see your guest details. Edit the info if you desired.
- Click 'Private Post Only' checkbox if you want to hide the message from all your visitors.
- Switch the post status to 'Approve', and click on the 'Update' button to cover the changes.
To reject a comment and remove it from your Guestbook entries, click on the 'Delete' button.
