What is Auto-Responder? How do I set up or disable auto-responder?

The auto-responder will send an email to your visitor after he/she filled out your Contact Form.

  1. To set up auto-responder, login to your One Admin control panel, click on the Preference link.

  2. In the Auto-Responder section, check the Enable Auto-Responder checkbox to start sending emails.

  3. Clear the checkbox to stop auto-responder.

  4. Enter your personalized Subject and Content for the auto-responder email your visitors will received.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on the 'Save' button.
