Problem:

You might have installed the CSV Data Tool for more than once in your One Admin panel.

Solution:

1. Access to MySQL database, empty the 'sys_component' table (delete all the records).

2. Login to admin panel, go to admin > installation, and re-install the CSV Data Tool component.
