How do I customize the subject and content of email notification sent to link owner, when a link is approved / rejected?

  1. Login to your One Admin control panel, click on Preference.

  2. In the Email Content section, look for title no.2, 'Notification upon link approval'.

  3. Change the subject and message of the email the link owners will receive when you approved his / her links. Please do not alter or remove the [[linkdetail]], [[linktous]] variables.

  4. Underneath the title, 'Notification upon link rejected', enter you desired subject and message for the email. Please be sure to maintain the [[linkdetail]] variables.

  5. Click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to apply changes.
