Compiling Your Newsletter In The Administration Area

  1. Login to your One Admin control panel.

  2. Click Manage Newsletter, and then click on the 'Add' button on the top right of the page.

  3. Select an existing newsletter group from the drop down list.

  4. By default, today's date is set as publish date. You can edit the date, make sure it is in yyyy-mm-dd format.

  5. Enter a subject for your newsletter. This subject will appear in the subject line of the email that is received by your subscribers.

  6. To show Newsletter In Archive is an option asking whether you would like to showcase this newsletter on your website.

  7. The Newsletter Body section allows you to create both HTML and plain text newsletter simultaneously.


    To create a HTML email

    - Select HTML radio button.

    - If you wish, enter the [[firstname]], [[lastname]], [[company]], [[position]], [[email]] variables to the appropiate location of your content. These variables correspond to and will turn out as first name, last name, company name, position, and email address of subscribers in the email received.

    - Format the message using the HTML editor and tools provided in the toolbar, until you have the content you desire.

    - When the HTML content is finished, just proceed to the plain text message.

    Note: The HTML newsletter can be read only with HTML compatible email program, and will be sent to subscribers who receive HTML formatted email.
















    To add a plain text email


    - Select Text radio button.

    - Fill in the plain text version of our newsletter.

    Note: The text-based newsletter will be sent to the subscribers who receive text formatted emails.








  8. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
