How do I edit the header message and unsubscribe link that appear in my newsletter?
Modified on 2004-11-10

  1. Login to your One Admin control panel, click on Preference.

  2. In the Text-based Newsletter Body section, edit the message to have your desirable content. It is advised that you do not alter or remove the [[tohtmlurl]], [[newsletterbody]][[email]], and [[unsubscribeurl]] variables.

Tips: To ensure the unsubscribe link points to correct web page on your website, make an attempt to open your newsletter subscription web page with a browser, such as http://your-domain-name/newssubscribe.php. The Newsletter will save the correct unsubscribe url to your database, and it will appear right in your message the next time the email is sent.

  3. Repeat the above step to change the content for your HTML newsletters.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Save' button.
