How do I edit the header message and unsubscribe link that appear in my newsletter?
Modified on 2004-11-10
|
- Login to your One Admin control panel, click on Preference.
- In the Text-based Newsletter Body section, edit the message to have your desirable content. It is advised that you do not alter or remove the [[tohtmlurl]], [[newsletterbody]][[email]], and [[unsubscribeurl]] variables.
Tips: To ensure the unsubscribe link points to correct web page on your website, make an attempt to open your newsletter subscription web page with a browser, such as http://your-domain-name/newssubscribe.php. The Newsletter will save the correct unsubscribe url to your database, and it will appear right in your message the next time the email is sent.
- Repeat the above step to change the content for your HTML newsletters.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Save' button.
