My newsletter is bounced back from some email addresses, how do I find out which ones so that I can remove them?

When a newsletter is sent, either manually or thru cron method, a server that processing and receiving the mails will respond to your newsletter if the email could not be delivered. However, there will be delay in responce. It is advised that you check this section periodically to find out the bounced emails. To do this,

  1. Login to your One Admin control panel, then click on Delivery Schedule.

  2. Click on the 'Bounce Email' button.

  3. In the Undelivered Email Addresses (Bounce Back) section, you will see a list of bad email addresses. To remove them from your mailing list, check the checkboxs correspond to the email addreses and click Delete Selected on the top of the list.
