In this page, we will give you an overview of Customer Helpdesk interface which includes the work areaand One Admin Panel.Work area consists of navigation links whereas One Admin panel are the modules pane and administration area.

Customer Helpdesk work areas let you perform data entries, delete, edit and save the information into your database.
You can create different support groups/departments to manage your customer issues. Also, assign multiple agents with permission to access to customers tickets, reply and update records. Add your support products or services to allow your customers to choose the subject of concerned to relates their issue with.
Set your ideal preferences by defining number of records to be displayed in the 'List Ticket' page, enter your support email address use for sending email to customers and enter personalized email subject and content as well. You can also insert the FAQ URL to integrate your Customer Helpdesk page with FAQ page. Prepare several canned messages (repeated greetings, appreciative messages) to assist you while replying to your customer issues.
Navigation links allow you to navigate the entire work areas of Manage Ticket, Department, Field, Canned Text and Preference Settings.
One Admin Panel section includes modules pane and administration area. You can finish your work one after another where you can always switch from Customer Helpdesk to other components. It is very convenient and helps you save time to find the entire components links in one page, afterall the module pane is just located on your left.
Administration area can be accessed by Administrator only. He or she can change the information and settings, install component, re-arrange modules sequence in the menu area, manage user and define front-end CSS.
