Access to server.

For physical access, only clients authorized and designated personnel are allowed to access client's equipment. Clients are required to provide Easy-1 Solution with the list of clients personnel whom are authorised to access their server (maximum 3 persons). Only 2 authorized client personnel are allowed to give instruction to Easy-1 Solution Client Care Team or via email or fax.
For remote access client may perform unlimited access to their respective servers.
