Create 'Customer Reviews' Form

Create a front-end form to allow your customers to review your products. Let's proceed to Front-End design area and select Form Submission page object from the dropdown list. Enter your form's Name, e.g. 'Customer Review', and 'Data' source name (Table's name in your database), e.g. review. Also, define your 'Submit' button's name as 'Add Review' and 'Back' button as 'Return'. Click on the 'Create' button once you're done and preview design form on your right. Next, create form's fields, such as 'Your Name' and 'Your Message' to enable customers to post reviews through your website. You can also press the or icon in the 'Design Form' section to delete or edit respective fields.
