Question: What if you used more than one email address?
If you used different email addresses for your previous orders, you can use any of them to create your Customer Account first.
Then, login to the Customer Account area, go to Add Order Email Address to enter additional email addresses that you wish to associate with the account.
For each email address that you wish to associate, we will send an email for ownership verification.
Question: Why do you need a Customer Account now?
As our customer base have grown, we wish to provide the best customer service we can for our clients. Having
your Customer Account to manage all your orders, licenses, support issues and so forth allow us to serve you better and promptly.
Question: I have a Partner Account. Should I use the same login?
Yes, we have merged the partner account with Customer Account. You can login using the same login information you have.
