| The same thing, I don;t understand this, further more I don;t understand why I am allowing myself to be frustrated like this when no software has a monopoly. Your helpdesk does not respond to me, I've sent 2 emails. I am not interested in playing musical chairs with tech support when you clearly want my business. Look the fact is quite simple, I downloaded one admin in hopes of buying it for the calendar function, the installation does not work and you are not helping me with this. I have a business to run and my time has to be productive so my bills can be paid. The ball is in your court, if honda sold a car and it did not start they would not want me to open the hood and fix it. You want my business, now make your software work or I would take my business to a company that wants it. I am going to give this 48 hours if you can't help then I'll look elswere, no more responses that does not resolve the problem, I am not a MECHANIC, don;t treat me like one. I simply want to buy a calendar software!!! |

| Are you guys serious, really are you really serious about me providing you access to my client's sensitive Site? Let me get this, you want me to send you login information and even to his database in order to install a software that you make. This has got to be a joke and I am not going to take this from you guys anymore, the error is there for you to see, now you're asking me for a ticket? what ticket? Your people does not respond to me, I've told you I left two emails explaining the situation and you did not respond. Now you want me to repeat myself again. when would you understand that all I want to do is have this software work? Is that so hard to get through to you folks. I am NOT going to give you FTP login information. You guys should know better, this issue here is simple, why am I getting those damn errors and you don;t know, your solutions don;t work. Listen guys you're obviously not interested in helping so by tomorrow, if this software does not work, I am having my people look into getting something else, you've already cost this company two days that you can;t give me back. this is unbelievable, really guys. |

Dear Sir,
Hello, good day to you.
From the error message prompt by one admin application , this is due to the document path was refer to incorrect physical path.
If you have difficulties to modify the 'config.php' files, you may provide us your FTP login information and one admin login information , we help you to modify it.
---------------------------------------------------------
I'm afraid the replied ticket maybe filter by mail box spam mail filter.
from that error message , you can alter your one admin's 'config.php' and set the document path =' /mnt/w0809/d29/s47/b02db1c8/www/findaway.ca/oneadmin/'
Besides that, you need grant permission 777 to the '_files' folder |
