List of Tickets
Your customer tickets are listed with the Reply=No status. This means that the tickets are not yet replied. Also, it shows the status of each tickets so that you will know it's an existing or new ticket.

Search for Tickets
You are able to search for tickets by department, ticket ID, name, email, date, ticket type and status.

Ticket Messages
Unlike using email which mixes up all the message body, your ticket messages are kept in good manner for communication tracking purpose.

Post Reply
Posting reply to ticket is easy. Simply type your message or upload any file if you require and hit on the Post Reply button.
You can use canned / preset messages without re-writing the answer to similar questions everytime.
