Custom Fields
Comdev Contact Form lets you to customize the form with your own fields.
You can select from Textbox, Drop Down Selection, Checkbox, Radio Button, Textarea, Password Field, Multiple Selection, File Upload and Calendar Date for your form fields.
Each field type has its own property for you enter the settings.

Pre-defined List
Pre-defined List is used for Drop Down Selection, Multiple Selection, Checkbox and Radio Button field types.
In Pre-Defined List, you create a list of data such as countries for you to use as field options.
